Involved in project management of all design aspect of work shop drawings related to electrical services, making local schedules, single line diagrams, co-ordinate with other services such as AC & Plumbing as per the actual site condition and implement & design MEP coordinated service layouts for the project. Involved in the structural design of the project for improving the viability and effectiveness of all the areas. Dealing with local authorities such as KSEB for the local approvals of electrical services. Site supervision with qualified technicians and electricians. Arranging inspection with KSEB engineer. Parkland Shopping Centre at IMPZ: A 100,000 sq. meter gross area, shopping complex located at International Media and Production Zone in Dubai with almost 100 retail, anchor and food and beverages shops with one level of parking area. Shone Shaji was the Electrical Site Engineer for the project. His duty includes conducting MEP technical meeting, review of PROJECT SUMMARY

electrical shop drawing, material submittals, calculations, site supervision etc. for the electrical services. Was also a part of preparing load schedules, Distribution of electrical switch gears items in L.V rooms and Electrical rooms, and producing supporting calculations for the maximum demand and preparing voltage drop calculations as required by the local authorities (DEWA) for obtaining their approval.

Expansion of Gulf Asian English School in Sharjah: An extension wing which included an additional 150 classrooms and amenities required for the students and faculties. Shone Shaji was the electrical site engineer for the project. His duties included coordinating with other engineers during the construction of the project and to coordinate with the local authority for the design and shop drawing approval process. Involved in the electrical service installations such as builders works in structural elements, and block walls for the containment system penetrations, installation of back boxes for lighting, small power, fire alarm services, low voltage services such as CCTV,PA systems etc… in structural and block walls, installation of containment systems such as cable trays, cable ladders, cable trunks etc.

Involved in the electrical wiring systems for lighting, small power, power distributions, fire alarm services, emergency lighting system and low voltage services such as Data, CCTV etc. Seven Seas Steels Factory: The factory required upgrading the control panels and LV cabling. Responsibilities included were review of shop drawings, material approvals, conducting day to day inspection, witnessing the site testing and commissioning of electrical switch boards, L.V panels.

Duplex Villas at Jumeira Village: Group of 16 residential villas at Jumeirah Village near DIP. Responsibilities included planning, coordinating, supervising, and controlling all on site activities of the project. Involved in preparing schedule of works, manpower, materials and equipment requirements. Site supervision with qualified technicians and electricians, Arranging inspection with DEWA engineer, Coordinating with Estimator for DEWA’s incoming supply, Coordinating with various NOC sections etc.

Dubai Courts (Al Twar Branch): Fit out works at Dubai courts customer service centre branch in Al Twar center.

Responsibilities included carrying out the fit-out design works for electrical services in coordination with various design consultants, the interior designers and clients. Was also involved for the contractors shop drawing review, material submission review, manufacturer drawing for the switchgears 4

and site inspections.

North Tower DIFC & Churchil Tower: Fit out works at offices in these two towers in Business Bay, Dubai. Responsibilities were Site supervision with qualified technicians and electricians, coordinating with clients to carry out fit out design works for electrical services. Involved in preparing the design documents including specifications, obtaining approval from relevant authority, tender review, review of shop drawing and material submittal, site inspection and witnessing the testing and commissioning of electrical distribution.

Pharmatrade: Group of warehouses in JAFZA involved in pharmaceuticals. Up gradation of LV panels and cabling. Responsibilities were site supervision with qualified technicians and electricians, coordinating with consultants and clients to carry out the electrical work at site.

Infratech Controls BM LLC – Application Engineer

Involved in design, engineering, execution & testing of various BMS projects. Responsible for manpower management and mobilization. Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure the services are provided in an efficient and timely manner. Monitoring the safe operation of all machinery. Prepare reports on activity, personnel, and information such as hours worked, facility usage, work performed on a daily basis. Abu Dhabi Financial Center (ADFC): Involved in configuring, commissioning and testing of VAV’s (Johnson Controls) for HVAC systems.

Arjaan towers & Khalid towers: Involved in the installation and commissioning of Building Security systems, Access control systems, CCTV, Lighting control systems, Fire Alarm system, Public Addressable systems and telecommunications. Emirates Transport: Trinetra GPS vehicle tracking & fleet management solutions. Responsible for installing,

commissioning and testing of GPS vehicle tracking& fleet management solutions to assist the companies manage their vehicles and assets.

Involved in assisting project Engineers in design, engineering & execution of various projects. Co-ordination with architectural, structural and all MEP work. Mobilizing manpower and materials at site. Assisting in inspections on site. Participate in team meeting; carry out periodic reviews of installation and maintenance activity.

Palm Jumeirah Mono-Rail system: A mono rail system that extended throughout the whole length of the first manmade Island in the world. Assisted Electrical Project Engineer in the execution of the Electrical systems in different Mono-Rail Stations (Atlantis Station, Trump Plaza Station & Trump Tower Station).

Port-Rashid: Power Supply work for Temp Cruise Terminal at Port Rashid.
