Job Description: Offer tech support, new user/device complete set up, provide knowledge database maintenance, troubleshooting multiple systems, Mac OS expertise, security, hardware and software maintenance, mobile email and mobile support tech
Primary Responsibilities:
●Support for Microsoft Windows 7 & 10, Office 2016, Mac OS, JAMF, VPN, Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM
●Installing and configuring a variety of device workstations such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, patching network ports, & all computer peripherals.
●Produces, updates & maintains documentation in the knowledge database
●Performs troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of computer systems, network, hardware, peripherals, & telephony including mobile email configuration and mobile devices (Androids, iPhones, etc). Analyzes system requirements to efficiently isolate and resolve a wide array of technical issues. Participates in large-scale upgrades and installations. Maintains patching for all Mac OS and users.
●Provides technical support to end-users, leveraging broad-based expertise to handle problem identification, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation via helpdesk system, telephone, and remote support tools
