WORK RESPONSIBILITIES;

1. QUALITY CONTROL

* Customer quality and service monitoring.

* Prepare daily, monthly and annual MIS reports.

Operation maintenance &quality controlling of RO&DM plant with pre-treatment(MGF,SSF,DMF,MCF,UF,SOFTNER &ACF their backwash and Air mixing according pressures)

Chemical dosing as per standard operation procedure in clarifier,RO&DM PLANT,boiler and cooling tower pre-treatment plant,(HYPO,FERRIC-CHLORIDE,POLY,HYDROUS LIME.)

Water analysis for raw water,RO&DM plant,boiler and cooling tower like PH,conductivity,TSS,TDS,FRC,total hardness,(calcium magnesiumharness)chlorides,silica,phosphate,iron,hydrozines,low range of chloride,alkalinity.

Quality analysis of bulk chemical purify.checked for DM plant,boiler and cooling tower like(hydrazine,SMBS,TSP,hydrolic acid,sodium hydroxide morpholine,hypo).

Preparation of daily 24hrs report for DM water production and consumption to submit plant head.

Handling and testing lab equipment calibration and maintenance like spectrophotometer,hache photo meter,PH meter,conductivity meter,turbidity meter apparatus etc.

Chemical through cleaning RO and their flushing with low and high PH.

Chemically regeneration of SAC,SBA,MB properly and improve their.

Identify and sorting out the abnormalities in regeneration, organic fouling for loss in OBR. Monthly analysis chemical consumption report submitted of plant head.

Cooling tower water treatment like scalling corrosion& phosphate remove through blow down, all equipment maintenance work in RO &DM like dosing pump, all feed pump, DG blower, cooling tower dosing system.

Knowledge of chemical MSDS &safety operating plant.

Fire and Safety:

Completed H2S safety procedure and rescue training by H2S specialists INC TEXAS at BPA gas processing plat form (Bombay basin field).

Knowledge of fire and safety system, deluge valve, sprinkler system, Monitors, fusible loop shutdown, smoke detectors, flame detectors, gas detectors, Hydrants, Experience in the operation of fire extinguishers like foam, DCP(25kg), CO2(10kg) and familiar with breathing apparatus, fire and gas sirens, abandon alarms, life boat, life raft, scramble net, swing ropes, lifebuoy, water sprayer, eye washer, etc.
