Responsibilities:

1. Achieving Sales Targets of the domestic market as per projection. 2.Payment collections, C-form collections, Accounts Reconciliation 3. Attend to customer complaints both commercial & technical. 1987- 1989 Management Trainee Inspection Packing & Despatch. Supervision of inspection of finished goods, packing & despatching the same to the finished goods stores in line with the commitments made for the targets along with the production department. Responsible for the feedback to the Production Department regarding the Quality of the product.

1989 - 1994 Asst Manager R & D.

Design & Development of Tungsten/Molybdenum wires, Filaments & Cathodes for the Lighting & Non-Lighting industries. (The company was registered with the Department on Scientific & research for development of products for import substitutions) Responsible for the customer interaction/service for development of new products & attending customer complaints.

1994 - 1997 Manager Technical

In additional to the responsibilities as an Asst manager R & D was made responsible for Technical/Quality activities for the group of industries. Responsible for issue of Process & Quality specification, Process control issuing of operating procedures, process & product specification & quality inspection plans. Responsible for the quality of Incoming goods, In-process & outgoing materials. Was involved in the ISO certification process and subsequent renewals of the same. Was made a member of the team for Interviewing, Recruitment & Training of personnel. Conduct Meetings for the staff to appraise the quality issues. Training of Operators / Staff and monitor their performance (Appraisals).

Was responsible of maintaining the Incentive scheme for the staff & Operators done on the basics of Production Target vs Achievements & also on the basics of quality levels achieved in house & customer returns.

Was responsible for the cost analysis of the products for regular review of the costing due the price Fluctuations due the Rupee VS dollar & Euro. As 70% of our cost input was based on the imported goods.

1997-1999 Manager Co-ordination

In additional to the responsibilities as Manager Technical was made responsible for the functioning of some multi-located Production units located in Manipal & Tamilnadu. Was responsible for the Production targets of the Multi-located units.

2000 – 2005 -> Promoted as a Sr Manager Technical & Commercial. Was responsible for the Sales/ Marketing, order procurement, achieve sales targets, Payment collections, c-form collection & accounts reconciliation & also take care of the customer Technical /Quality issues in co-ordination with the plant for domestic sales all over INDIA. 2006 –onwards> Presently working with Srinivasan & Co as an Deputy General Manager (Projects).
