Achievements:
• Achieving 100% compliance rate with Ministry of health -KSA requirements regarding to preparedness of hospital for COVID-19 pandemic. through infection control assessment checklist. to accelerate recovery of our patients and maintain safe workplace for HCWs through strengthening the infection control measures to prevent exposures from infected patients or colleagues and reduce the spread of COVID-19.

• Renovation the operation room, central sterilization services department, ICU, NICU and Kidney dialysis unite to be compliance with infection control standards in Ibn Sina hospital (Dokki).
• Implementation of surveillance system and antibiogram in Ibn Sina Hospital to be role model for all group.
• The delegate of the Egyptian Hajj delegation to carry out surveillance and infection control work for the 2018 Hajj season at Saudi Arabia. 3. Infection control manager at Prof.Dr. Hamdy El Sayed private hospital resident in Al sharkia. from 1/2017 until 12/2017. Achievements:

• Reviewing reports and statistics on the incidence of alert organisms (e.g. MRSA, C. difficile, hepatitis in kidney dialysis) and analyze these hospitals records to assess the extent of a disease outbreak in order to make the appropriate recommendations for action (like what happen in Ahrar hospital and Diarb Negm hospital)
• Work as instructor for pharmacology for nursing schools in (Ahrar hospitals males and females) to increase their abilities and contribute in making good generation for our future have knowledge and experience.
