• Developed and launched NewsFix, the first anchorless newscast in broadcast TV which improved ratings, profitability and delivered the lowest median age of any newscast in the market. The format was expanded into DFW and South Florida markets.

• Direct supervisor for all managers, producers, MMJ’s and talent. Additionally served as Executive Producer for 3 years.

• Redesigned facilities and workflow for daily high-volume content production. Planned and supervised build-out budget, recruitment and training.

Initial hire for the first music multi-cast, digital cable network. Supervised all broadcast production and facilities operations with 10 employees. Responsible for daily operations, production, workflow design, staffing, creative services, technology, purchasing and budgeting.

• Produced network demo used to secure broadcast commitments for over 20 million homes in 71 U.S. markets.
