Main responsibilities:

Pre-Tender

• Studying all Tender documents including Instruction to Tenderers, Contract Conditions, BOQ, Specifications and Tender Drawings, Site Visit Reports & raising tender queries to avoid any discrepancies.

• To Coordinate with suppliers for market prices of materials and subcontractors and equipment's based upon previous executed projects and recent available information's, try to get the best committed prices from suitable sources.

• Optimal use of AutoCAD for Quantity Takeoff for substructure, superstructure & Infrastructure works comparing with Tender BOQ.

• Co-Ordinating with Design & other departments for their inputs required for the tendering purpose.

• Estimation of material cost, labour hours, subcontract works, Plant & Machinery.

• To Preparing all the required bid documents includes commercial and technical submittals. Post Tender

• Draft, review and amend various contractual documents in line with the Main Contract, Sub-contracts, and legal requirements.

• Manage record-keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation.

• Ensure that all the deliverables required under the Main Contract and Major Subcontracts (insurances, bonds, guarantees... etc.) are adequately submitted and within the time bars set therein.

• Assit in Prepareing Contract Variations / Change Orders in coordination with the concerned departments within the project.

• Prepare the weekly dashboard summary of the Projects including, claims, Variation order status, major areas of concern, etc...

• Maintain planned and actual cost and commitment schedules.

• Process and Approve MR, PO, S/C Agreement, PC, SRV, using SAP Business One System.

• Produce regular reports and advising management promptly of any forecast cost run over/under from the Budget.

The scope of work includes the designing of Infrastructure, Auditorium, Galleries, Class Rooms and Office Buildings. A committee of the Punjab government has approved the design of Aiwan-e-Quaid-e-Azam.
