PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Atane Engineer Architect and Land Survey D.P.C: New Jersey NJ Asst. IT Manager/Sr. Network Engineer (07/2018 – Present) Work as a Sr. Network Engineer for a geographically diversified company. As a team of IT personnel responsible for implementing single domain virtualized IT infrastructure in all Atane offices connected through STS IPSec to AWS Cloud network. My major responsibilities are as follows. Responsibilities:

Extensive Computer System/Networking Knowledge with 10 years of Experience. Solid understanding of Design, Implementation, Administration, Operational and troubleshooting of enterprise data networks.

Mainly Responsible/Administration for setting up the infrastructure environment with majority of Cisco & PaloAlto appliances apart from various other equipment all around Atane offices (10 Branch offices including AWS Cloud). Responsible for designing and deploying various network security & high availability products like Cisco ASA, Firepower FTD and PaloAlto, implemented Zone Based Firewalling and Security Rules on the PaloAlto Firewall, experience in implementing site-to-site and remote access VPN Technologies using IPSEC Configured ISP failover in ASA, FTD and Paloalto work with site to site connection, Configured and maintained SSL VPN AnyConnect on Cisco firewall with different profile as per company requirements, Configured and maintained remote access Globel protect in PaloAlto firewall, Configuring ASA, FTD and Paloalto for NAT (Static PAT/Manual NAT) to enable remote access for sites by doing Port redirection.

Expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco Switches (Catalyst 3850,3750,3560,2960,4500 etc) and also in Dell Switches (S4048, S2048), Design and Implementation of LAN, WAN, VLANs, VTP, Spanning Tree (STP), Trunking and Ether channel, Implemented various Switch Port Security features as per the company's policy, Good knowledge of Cisco network redundancy (HSRP, GLBP and VRRP). Successfully led migration of over 20 Windows and Linux based servers from the company’s on-premise environment to AWS, solving a ransomware attack on Atane and saving over $300,000 in operational costs, designed company’s AWS secure network topology, Configuring 12 office’s network architecture to work in a hybrid-cloud model utilizing on- premise PaloAlto and cisco firewalls (ASA, FTD) in tandem with AWS VPC for site-to-site connections. Used NAT Gateways, security groups, NACL, and IAM for high security standards. Helped design high availability within AWS Cloud architecture utilizing AMIs, Snaphots, and multiple availability zones resulting in 99% uptime since migration, Configured and managed a Microsoft Active Directory on EC2 to authenticate users on a hybrid cloud model. Cloud file system installation, configuration and maintenance (Nasuni and Egnyte Cloud).

Configuration and maintenance VMware and ESX 5.1/5.5/6.0/6.5 virtualization. Created clones from existing VMs (both live and powered-off), Deployed several VMs from Templates and customized their configurations as-needed.

Sr. Network Engineer (10/2009 – 07/2018)

As a member of a team of IT personnel responsible for implementing single domain virtualized IT infrastructure in all HAKS offices connected through MPLS/STS network. My major responsibilities are as follows. Responsibilities:

Total 8 years of experience at HAKS. 1 year worked as Desktop Support Engineer 10/2009 – 10/2010, 4 year experience as Network Engineer 10/2010 – 03/ 2014, and 4 year experience as Senior Network Engineer. Extensive Computer System/Networking Knowledge with 8 years of Experience. Solid understanding of Design, Implementation, Administration, Operational and troubleshooting of enterprise data networks.

Configuration and maintenance of single domain Windows Server 2012 multiple sites (16 Sites connected through STS IPSec) including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Security through ACL, DFS, Group Policies etc. Configuration and maintenance VMware and ESX 6.5/6.0 virtualization. Created clones from existing VMs (both live and powered-off). Cloud file system configuration and maintenance (Egnyte & Nasuni Cloud). Manage Rackspace email and 365 cloud administration. Worked as Core Network Engineer in NSN (Telenor project). My major responsibilities are as under. Responsibilities:

Reparenting / Rehoming of cell sites as well as BSC’s.

Take Backup (APS) on weekly basis in R-4 MSS and every 15 days in Rel-99 MSC’s.

Data base creation of Siemens Rel-99 and also deletion of DB / junk DB.

Health sheet check on daily basis of both system Siemens Rel-99 and Nokia R-4.

Trunk testing and fault rectification of trunk circuits.

Determine the nature, cause and location of service trouble.
