PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Over 20 years of experience in Production Planning & Inventory Control, Production and Warehouse Department in Pharmaceutical Sector.

Currently designated as Manager – PPIC and Warehouse with Gepach International, Pithampur.

Production Planning – Mainly includes from raw, packing materials and finished goods (i.e. availability / shortages & approved / quarantine), schedule for machine and manpower requirement.

Coordinating between Production and Purchase & other Departments for execution of production plan.

Preparing production schedules on yearly, monthly and weekly basis coordinating the material availability, machine capacity, manpower resource for achieving efficient and profitable plant operations and reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability.

Monitoring inventory levels both volume and value to ensure that there is no stock run out or mismanagement of materials.

Monitoring to ensure that raw material in right quantity and quality are issued to the production units. Coordinating with the Quality Control Dept. to see that inspection of material is carried out and material released without delay and causing interruption in production and packing operations.

Continually reviews the systems and methods to achieve good manufacturing practices, work simplification, cost improvement, better coordination and service to operating departments. Evolve and actively participate Supply Chain Management at the Plant

Participating in periodic review and updating of production budget on the basis of Marketing feedback and revised sales projections and information on raw material availability and prices, labour, overhead costs and other environmental conditions.

Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and organizational ability coupled with strong communication and relationship management.

Deftness in handling proper documentation as per requirement of Quality management system of the organization in line with cGMP & ANDA requirements.

SAP implementations go-live with ZYG Pharma Pvt. Limited and Torrent Pharmaceutical Ltd.

Possess in-depth understanding of SAP and its application (i.e. Bill of materials, master recipe, process order, resource network, MRP run& PR/PO process)

Functional input provides to SAP consultants for developing the PP module as per cGMP concept and establishing the date as per requirement of cGMP.

Reduce the non-moving inventory. Specially take care for the short shelf life of raw materials & products through SAP system.

Font line shop floor experience of working in Injection, Cream, Ointment & Lotion.

Skilled Knowledge of manufacturing, filling & packing department of Cream, Ointment & Lotion and Supply Chain Management of Tablet, Capsules, Injectable, Cream/Ointment, Lotion/Solution, Nutraceutical Products & Ayurvedic Formulations
