- Perform construction permits according to construction laws, topographical surveys, site maps and all relevant lot-specific documents including easement and planning statement and property registry.

- In charge of all executive plan drawings including structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical files presented and verified by the order of engineers to get work permission.

- Perform structural design calculations for residential and industrial RCC buildings and steel units using software’s and hand calculations.

- Monitor site works and submit the necessary structural design modifications consistent with the project cost and material optimization.

- Conduct BOQ’s (Bill of Quantity) for RCC buildings.

- Assist in the review of scope of project and the provision of design tenders and develop project proposals plans for properties in the country and abroad according to laws, demands, cost, profitability…..

- Labeling buildings and roads on each intersection following global mapper software.

- Excavate and pour concrete of each aluminum column foundation following defined specifications in different locations and different soil types adding steel where needed.
