Prepare, modify and design of all MEP drawing as per DM regulation (Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC) as per site condition
Drawing Interpretation and proper implementation on site along with site foreman.
Prepare As built drawing in AutoCAD.
Coordination of MEP with civil services.
Hand on experience in Carrier HAP, duct designing, ESP calculation, Pump head and flow calculation.
Efficiently Manage, Supervise and Monitor the project.
Accountable for the entire Project Management with Design, Procurement, Installation and Testing and entire commissioning.
Forecast manpower, materials, tool & machinery as per project requirement.
Ensure timely procurement of both long lead and short lead materials for construction.
Liaising on site with Client, Consultants, Main Contractor
& Subcontractors during the course of execution.
Quality Supervision of day to day work assign to technicians, foreman and providing technical supports to them for effective & quick troubleshooting.
Ensure smooth running of projects by tracking and controlling material and labor output.
Ensure safety of personal & quality of work as per the authority standards.
Submit project progress status reports to Project Manager on a weekly basis.
Raise inspection requests to Consultant and provide supervision during inspection.
Preparation of variation and running bills of concerned project.
Hand in experience in Air balancing of AC Machine, Fans, Pump and FAHU.
Attend Technical Site meeting concerning the work progress and closing of NCR within the given time frame.
Raise RFI for better clarification if required.
Assisting with testing and commissioning of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Firefighting services.
