Create parametric Revit family as per project requirement and detailing.
Coordinate and assist structural team in modeling of projects based of existing 2D CAD plan or construction document.
Preparation of shop drawing like floor plan, ceiling plan, furniture layout plan and enlarge plan, etc with AutoCad.
Plan all drawing request to meet submission deadline.
Presentations and meeting with the client during and after the projects were completed.
Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
Drafting of all stages of structural, architectural and construction drawings by using AutoCAD from preparation stage of new drawing templates.
Setting out project works in accordance with drawing & specification.
Attending meeting and communicate with client.
Drawing 2D elevation and cross-sectional drawings from layout plan drawings.
Receiving and sending CAD file across the internet.
Draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submission and production purposes.
Work closely with the project team on site on the production of drawings.
