Led or supported all 24 implementations. Cost per year was based off number of births at all hospitals ~35,000 births per year which came out to about $2 million a year. Projected savings were 1 litigation at $10 million. After successful implementation, company saw a reduction of 7 litigations per year or $70 million in litigation savings plus a lower insurance malpractice premium.
