Job Responsibility:

Preparing Final settlements, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.

Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.

Processing monthly attendance musters for workers, trainees & officers.

Maintaining employees’ personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.

Various HR Forms and Induction Program.

Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records, issue letters, etc.

Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.

Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.

Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, showcase notice, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.

Workers & Production Staff Shift Arrangement.

Manpower Planning.

Payroll (Savior) -Preparing Salary & wages of the employees.

To assist the manager HR / HOD in day to day activates as and when required.

Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.

Making & Submission of ESIC & EPF Registration, Returns &Chillan’s.

Maintaining all companies ESIC & EPF records.

Making all letter against ESIC & EPF notices.

Making new coverage for FACTORY ACT registrations.

Making & Submission FACTORY ACT Registration, Returns &Chillan’s.

Handling daily, weekly and monthly follows up & Correspondence

Handling joining & exiting of candidates.

Grievances Handling through solution of the worker problems relating salary, wages, ot etc.

Day to day reporting of man power to the senior respective authorities.

Looking the loan and advance matters in the concern.

Maintain Company vehicles & monitoring expenses.

Surprise Plant visits in odd hours for taking Corrective Measure. CAREER OBJECT:-
