I was responsible for overseeing of all structural construction works on the project. Was in charge Quality control and Inspections of structural works to ensure compliance to designs. Supervised 3 Junior Engineers. Co-ordinated and supervised subcontractors (Formwork, reinforcing steel, structural steel, civil and bulk earth works). Liaised with project alliance consultants (Engineers, Architect, Planners and programmer) and I reported to the Contracts Manager. I was responsible for on site design, details review and/or interpretation. This greatly minimized delay on the project due to lack of information. I was responsible for onsite Coordination of structural and architectural Information for the contractor. I Liaised with project SHE officers for implementation of the SHE plan and ensuring safe working environment and procedures. 2003 – 2005:

I was responsible for onsite redesigning of water and sewer lines to suit existing conditions at time of project implementation as a significant amount of time (5 years) had passed between completion of design and implementation of the project the result of which onsite conditions had significantly changed from those considered during the design stage. This required taking into account new developments which had not been captured at the time of design. I Supervised seven Junior consulting Engineers and surveying crew. I was in charge of Project Progress updating and reporting.

I trained 4 new quality control inspectors.
