Responsibilities Held:

• Performing 3D scanning using various type of 3D scanners like structured Blue light, Laser scan, ARM Laser, Etc.,

• Processing the Point cloud, Mesh conversion, Nurbs – Non parametric modeling using Geomagic wrap & design x.

• Reading technical drawings with GD&T to create Inspection report using polyworks & Geomagic control X.

• Handling Inspection process of GD&T, 3D compare, 2D compare, Boundary deviations, Plot analysis, Airfoil analysis & Generating Inspection report.

• Preparation of 3d models, assembly& BIW, drawings for product specifications.

• 3d parametric modeling from Scan (3D Scanning) to Cad

• Study and design development (optimization) of products according to client requirements.

• Parametric Reverse Modeling of 3D scan data & Live transferring the model in to Solid works, Catia & Creo.

• 3d parametric modeling from 2d drawings.
