September 2018 - june 2020- October 2020- February 2021 I was employed with Ihop, until the corona virus started. I started out as a Combo bussing tables, and washing dishes. I then worked my way up to a host, then a server and finally a Crew Chief. At Ihop I tried to give all of my guests the best service. In the event that something does go wrong I can calm a guest down, evaluate the situation and talk to the guest about possible solutions to make sure they leave the restaurant happy and satisfied.

I started working at career strategies as a Grounds Keeper. I'm a hard worker and I make sure that I get the project I'm doing done right the first time and I do it as quickly as I can to get to the next project. I don't mind working in the heat. I've done the basic grounds work like blowing out the breezeway, cleaning pools, picking up trash, taking care of the dog stations.
