•Preparing / Updating NPD related Documents like Lead time, APQP, Timing Plan, Internal TRP, Test Plan, AOI, AOPS, Part Code Description, Color Coding Chart, Process Interaction Matrix, PFMEA, Process Flow External, Stage Tool Drawing, Tooling drawing & Gauges drawing.

•Preparing / Updating Control Plan, Quality Plan, Work Instruction, Specification Sheet, Master drawing, Test Procedure, Packaging Standard & PED Related manuals & Procedures.

•Preparation of the PPAP based on NPD, Customer request and ECN changes.

•Simultaneously working towards Quality and System improvement through Change Management flow, Document and Data Control flow, ISC flow and NPD flow.

•Knowledge of the ISO/TS 16949:2009 & Standards related to fasteners.

•Working knowledge of SAP MM Module regarding MM, ZPRT, BOM, Routing Header, Inspection, MIC Creation, PRN & MIGO.

•Knowledge on KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE, SPC,7QC, DOE, PPAP.
