WORK EXPERIENCE:
I. Experience:
1. MegaPrefab (Beirut-Lebanon July 2015 - Present) PROJECT MANAGER in a leading company specialized in post tension and precast slabs design and contracting.
Duties:
Attending meetings and competently communicate with clients, contractors and major asset owners.
Preparing quotations and bill of quantities.
Design of post tension solid slabs using Adapt Builder.
Stress analysis, deflection control, and vibration.
Preparing execution drawings and shop drawings.
Coordinating all site operations (Tendons Layout, Stressing, and Grouting).
Ordering machinery and preparing bills of materials.
Coordinating site operations and factory production.
Evaluating, organizing & prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.
Ensuring that all site operations are completed on time and within agreed budgets.
2. ECCR (Beirut-Lebanon Sep 2014 – June 2015)

Estimating material, construction, labor costs, and project timescales.
Giving PowerPoint presentations to managers and clients.
