Receive, process and post all invoices for 8 natural gas electrical generation facilities as well as the Central Inventory Support Center. I create purchase requisitions, purchase orders and post invoices in the Avantis accounting system. I assist with purchasing when the buyer is out of the office and handle DMV Registration Renewals, pull notices and I created and maintain DMV vehicle files for all company vehicles. I’m responsible for running daily Day Ahead Dispatch Forecasting reports in OASIS through CAISO for all 8 facilities and I create month end Real Time Pricing reports for Corporate Accounting.

I handled all invoice processing and posting for 9 natural gas electrical generation facilities as well as the Central Inventory Support Center. I provided assistance to the Buyer as well as the Warehouse Manager with inventory shipping and receiving and purchase orders. I was responsible for maintaining all Vendor Agreement files making sure that the Insurance certificates and Vendor Contractor’s Licenses stayed current, accurate and met all Agreement Terms and Conditions. I worked closely with vendors on any billing issues and handled the 3rd party invoicing for ANZGTFS.

Interviewed customers to determine their preferred destination and interests in adventure, entertainment and relaxation. Planned and booked flights, car rentals and hotel reservations to suit the customer’s needs.
