25KW Level 2 Wireless charger industrial Prototype for E.V charging, NYU Tandon November 2020

● Collaborated and Achieved Wireless Power transfer of 25 KW rating for wireless charging of EV with efficiency of over 85%.

● Designed, Simulated and Tested resonant converter topology and Power factor correction(PFC) circuits using SiC device for high efficiency, compact design and lighter weight. Level 1, 3.3KW GaN Onboard charger for EV, NYU Tandon January 2021

● Designed, Simulated and Tested a 3.3KW Gallium Nitride based onboard EV charger using LLC resonant converter for level 1 charging with PFC control.

● The development of 3.3KW is done for the next gen EV world in developing nations where Average power level of typical houses is limited to 5KW and charging of EV is to be carried out along other Household machines and devices.

Silicon Carbide based 180W Forward converter, GCET March 2018

● Designed, Simulated, and implemented 180W Silicon Carbide based Forward converter with over 95% efficiency.

● The simulation was based on MATLAB Simulink, with a feedback system for high stability against load change and source Voltage fluctuations.
