Inspection of all the Civil & Structural works according to Project Specification

& approved shop drawings.

Inspection of the site works According to Approved “Inspection Testing Plan”

(ITP) which includes contents like Hold Point, Witness Point, Surveillance, Review/Inspections.

“Issuing Internal “Non Conformance Report” (NCR) if work at site is found as not according to Project Specifications & Approved Drawings, Standars at the time of Inspection.

Reviewing plans and drawings in accordance with specifications, codes and standards.

Reviewing and approving the contractor’s materials submittal required for the project according to scope of work.

Review all construction drawings to ensure that they contain the necessary quality related requirements prior to release for construction.

Conducting the weekly quality meeting with contractors to assure the smooth progress with quality, site safety and safe working conditions.
