Updated patient payment information from the Health Information Systems of our clients (hospitals and physician’s practices). Transformed/cleaned Protected Health Information from our clients for use by the call center agents. Generated letters that were sent to their patients. Maintained logs and archived data.

Key Accomplishments:

Created Excel macros and Get and Transform queries to collect and convert inbound data to standard internal spreadsheet layouts for additional processing. This reduced processing time, in some cases from hours to minutes.

Created procedures for a large client (5000+ patient charges/week). Charges were ID’d by the client using a method that differed from our other clients, requiring a unique set of procedures.

Managed the migration to a new mail distribution provider. This included creating new InDesign mail merge target documents, new reports for tracking the upload workflow and streamlining verification of mailed letters.
