Field Service Supervisor

Responsible for the execution of hydraulic fracturing operations totaling over $1M. Supervised crews of 12+ employees on field operations of stimulation treatments. Performed key equipment logistics and personal, implement safe driving and convoy procedures, material inventory, field location scope to meticulously arrange equipment and tools to rig up to the well. Conduct on-site quality assurance and control tests of fracturing fluids as well as monitor real-time data acquisition and make changes as needed or as requested by company representative. Perform preventative maintenance on frac equipment as needed and worked with troubleshooting equipment failures. Work with a dedicated client to increase efficiency and achieve a consistent and sustainable pumping hour target by modifying the flow of operation; exercise extreme leadership and ownership, create proactive operational plans to minimize down time and well to well transitions on zipper frac operations. Field Service Supervisor

Offshore and lad operation focus on the stimulation and well services on land as well as of shore, some of those services include but not limited off shore and on land sand control, stimulation acidizing vessel (offshore Exxon mobile project)gravel pack, high rate gravel pack and cross link high density jobs. The complex execution of the gravel pack and sand control required thorough understanding of downhole tools such as down hole mechanical packers, sand control downhole pumping tools diagrams and mechanical components as well as descriptive dimensions of the slotted liner to hold the pack and make the proper proppant selection. Responsible for driving (pre-trip and post-trip) and operating hydraulic fracturing equipment to and from location as well as well as maintaining the designated unit in operating order, test and report problems on equipment to reduce unproductive down time. Prepare and secure chemical flat bed with proper placarding, shipping papers, SDS and load securement to drive out to location. Assure all tools and connections are made present on equipment to execute the job, Make sure safety and company standards are being followed properly.
