RESPONSIBILITIES & CAPABILITIES

Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of field and control system instruments.

Performed duties in rotating shift as well as General shift. Loop/Function Test and commissioning work responsibilities

Exposures in Work permit system & safety.

Testing, Calibration, commissioning and servicing of all types field instruments & control valves, On/off valves and Cascading temperature loop, ratio control loop.

Parameterization of instrument with (Hart 375, Hart 475) communicator sequence test and logic test.

Closed loop test to confirm the continuity of cables. During loop/Function test, simulated the process variable with hand held communicator or from DCS in manual mode for HART.

To monitor the function of instruments and Confirmation availability of inputs alarms & switches on DCS coming from field against Alarm & Trip Set-point List and (P&ID)

Check Local/ manually the operation & travel of control valves and shut off valves. Also during startup trouble shooting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Work well in a team-environment or as an individual.

I have a good approach with experience to the Calibration, Troubleshooting, Installation and documentation of following instruments.

Transmitters:

Electronic and Smart series transmitters of Pressure, Level, Temperature, Flow, Ultra sonic, Capacitance and Displacer type of ROSEMOUNT, BAILEY, Endress+ Hauser Manufacturer . Switches:

Pressure switches: Diaphragm, Bellow and Bourdon tube type switches.

Level switches: Float, capacitance, Conductive, ultra-sonic type switches.

Flow switches: Differential Pressure.

Temperature switches: Bimetallic, Liquid filled and Gas filled Capillary type switches.

Position switches: Limit and proximity type switches. Control Valve:

Valves: Throttling and On/Off Valves(Globe Valve, Gate Valve, Butterfly Valve, Diaphragm Valve, Ball Valve).

Safety Valve:

Pressure safety Valve (PSV), Pressure Control Valve (PCV) And Pressure Relief Valve(PRV). Instrument Accessories:

Control Valves positioners, Solenoid Valve, Current to Pneumatic (I/P),Pneumatic to current P/I, position transmitter and limit switches.

Vibration Monitoring System:

Bentley Nevada (3300, 3500 series).

Seismic Probes.
