9. Educate and evaluate the technicians and dealers for product handling, maintenance & give service to the customers by conducWng various training sessions. 10. Expert in the handling of various refrigerant products such as VRF, Duct, Central AC, types of chillers, etc.

11. Expert in handling problems that happened on the site and give immediate soluWons by the way of following Kaizen's 10 step process.

12. Achieved KRA target seing for each year.

13. Update both technical and other skills frequently by aMending training sessions. 14. Test the machines with the help of various programming sokware and give the technical report to the team. Directly coordinate with the customers/site engineers to meet the Wmely response and commissioning done
