Involved in project coordination with Client, Contractor and the working firm.

Stage wise planning and inspection which involves civil works like milling, surveying, laying and compaction with coordination to Client.

Followed QA/QC procedures as per MoRTH involves checking the thickness, laying the bituminous mix at a particular temperature, rolling and compacting with steel roller and PTR at specified temperatures and checking the density by taking cores from the compacted mat.

Quality Control/Assurance on testing of Soil, Bitumen, Aggregate and Mix design

Supervised the laying of road layers for specified thickness as per Contract provisions.

Inspected the performance of Contractor, their equipment’s and laying procedures.

Maintenance of Site activities as per standards with safety as the main priority.
