Mr. Arenas has 40+ years of progressive experience in oil refineries and petrochemicals, with a broad design, operation and process safety management experience. His experience includes grassroots ethylene, alky, Lube, Distillation, naphtha, diesel hydro treaters and LGN units. It includes utilities and OSBL installations, revamping olefins, lube and LNG units. Mr. Arenas’ projects ranged from pre-FEED through construction, startup and operations. These were in the U.S. Gulf Coast and around the world. He has worked on projects for TOTAL, Oxy Ingleside, LACC, Reficar, PEMEX, ExxonMobil, PDVSA and PEQUIVEN..
