Responsibilities:

• Upon receiving the inquiry from the Sales team, analyzing the SLD and studying customer specification requirements.

• Segregating materials and Checking Sales Team for the customer target prices if any to conclude Manufacturers & corresponding Part No based-on customer budget.

• Referring existing agreement price list of suppliers and contacting local suppliers for the prices of new items to make costing sheet.

• Evaluating manpower cost and other miscellaneous cost to include in costing sheet.

• Prepare estimation and send to Sales Team.

• Assisting Sales Team for the customer technical clarifications and coordinating with draftsmen to prepare technical submittals for customer approval.

• Upon receiving customer purchase order with go ahead manufacturing signal for the approved technical, coordinating with purchaser to arrange the material procurements.

• Assisting technicians during manufacturing process to make sure the material is manufactured based on approved drawing and delivery dates in line.

• Upon completion arranging and coordinating for FAT requirements is any.

• Against the supply, visiting the sites and doing Testing & Commissioning during installation of our panels.

• Visiting sites during operation of our panels for any kind of troubleshooting requirements received from customer.

• SIEMENS SIVACON S8 – Type tested power & Lighting Control panels for “Agility Warehouse” in Riyadh in collaboration with the consultant CREET.

• SIEMENS SIVACON S8 – Type tested power & motor control and capacitor bank panels for “Cement Product Industries in King Abdullah Economic City” in collaboration with the consultant CREET.

• SIEMENS SIVACON S8 – Type tested MCC & PLC control panels for Jeddah New International Airport in collaboration with Sela-PASS

• Sewage, Grey and Chlorination Pump Station – PLC panels through ABB.
