● Check the bar for general cleanliness.

● Dustin all the fixtures

● Take proper handover from the previous shift

● Check all the equipment for smooth functioning

● Doing a general check of the bar

● Prepare the store sheet for the day and pickup stores & ensure proper stacking

● Prepare garnishes for the day

● Check old juices for any fermented smell & wash pour masters before reusing

● Never refill fresh juices in left over juices

● Set up the bar operations

● Put up the display for the bar (if any)

● Pouring brands should be put on the speed rail

● Work station should be clean & not sticky it should be properly arranged and tidy

● Set all equipments and fast moving brands in place and sundry items such as juices, sugar syrup & lime juice etc. and other bar accessories ready for operations.

● Equipment like peg measures should be kept in water and water should be changed periodically

● Final wiping of all the key areas such as bar counter, worktables and be ready for operations.

● All Spirits, Wine, liqueur, beer, non-alcoholic syrups, crushes, juices, bar equipment, bar accessories
