Managed the remodel by ensuring milestones were meet and the deadline was reached for grand re-opening.

§ Lead the successful setup and grand opening of a new store. Trained new associates just weeks before the holiday season. Managed the overnight crew and made tough decisions regarding payroll. Develop business strategies and plans to go after new products or product lines with the most recent in my research regarding natural health foods.
