Role: PMO / Document controller.

Duties & Responsibilities

Managing and tracking all documents using EDMS to register documents, maintain databases and produce logs, transmittals and other reports as required (Oracle Primavera Unifier).

Receiving and distributing all documents according to the internal distribution matrix and follow of documents between the project operations, engineering disciplines and other departments.

Provide management with the statistical data on the progress of documents that assist them in preparing reports and dashboard.

Preparing and updating task register and reviewing it in line with the time line.

Create backup copies of files, proper storage and archiving of electronic records.

Training junior document control staff to ensure effective implementation of project procedures.

Maintain the confidentiality of project documents.
