Started as a JDA planogrammer where my main duty in this role is to edit as well as adjust text to store according to merchandise while managing the space available in order for me to plan my store for future resets. Shortly after starting this role I was removed from my comfort zone to cross train in a new team where in this role I am handling any type of dispute that might come to my team through the stores. Whether it be freeing up installation hours, adjusting dimensions, cleaning up locations, locking endcaps for store refresh or running store report in-between my daily tasks in retailGIS. While setting endcaps from start to finish in JDA by setting up the product that sales the most to the least, to making sure the correct type of sign has been placed in the correct store.
