I have 30 years of construction experience. Started in construction as a third generation carpenter. Then moved into supervision and have been in that position since.

Working with Architects and Owners to complete their projects is rewarding . I strive to be on schedule and in budget. Having a understanding of all scopes of work from site work to turn key and adjusting for any issues that may come up.

Some of my projects; custom homes, churches,schools,hospitals,rental, military, retail stores, offices, park bldgs., site preparation, paving.

Construction Superintendent; Remodeling a 10 story dorm at buffalo state college. 35m.

Managed subcontractors worked under dasny .

Construction Superintendent; Restoration Barton House in Buffalo 10m., Building out the ground IWR. 7m., School renovations town of Brockport 8m., Brockport College Welcome Center restoration 7m. Managed subcontractors and some in house work.

Construction Manager; Store build out, pulled permits, helped buyout, set accounts and schedules for 85 men. Coordinated deliveries for owner and finishing’s. Turn key on time.
