1.Service Engineer (Commissioning Support ) : April 2021 - present job

Providing Commissioning support for RMU on daily basis .

Maintain basic spares and tools at regional office to avoid delay in service work .

Respond to the fault immediately and close within 48 hours of time .

Maintain Service Report and fault ticket booking for complain in regular manner,also will update to HQ .

Responsible for damage panel shifting, also for freight damages .

2.Sales & Service (Regional Incharge) : Nov 2019 to April 2021

Provide Testing & Pre - commissioning support to our clients and clear the faults (if any) at the sites to avoid commissioning delay .

Attend/Respond to the complains lodged immediately and closes as soon possible without delay..

Maintain min.value spares stock to avoid delay at service .

To visit contractors & installers, using a database of medium & large projects

Provide complete project engineering, selection of applicable materials and estimating labor. Write scope of work and develop cost estimate in response to bid specifications

Assist the sales organization by attending site-walk and pre - bid meetings. Track all site visits and keep detailed information of site conditions for use in the development of an accurate cost estimate

As to follow both sales & service, need to provide technical advice for preventing unnecessary expense for customer. Also provide free site visit else min.value spares as complement.

Maintain good relation with customer& promising for better service after sales.

3.Project Co-Ordinator : Jun 2018 to Oct 2019

Acted as a Project co-ordinator for RMU Project went on Indore,Jabalpur, Ranchi, Dhanbad and also for the Auto-recloser project went on Meerut, Delhi, Agra & Varanasi .

My responsibility to co-ordinate with Production Team & also with Execution Team, So that we can deliver the product at on time.

Responsible to procure materials and some Product from outsource/Insource.

Bills of our Contractors working on Site as well as our bills pending from customer is my Prime Responsibility .

Giving Attendance of Engineers working in Site, their salary,allowances,Daily work activities have to be maintained & Recorded .

Maintain commissioning&supply details along with invoice and payment follow up.

4.Testing & Commissioning Engineer : Nov 2014 to Jun 2018

Individually handled 300+ sites(outdoor type pole mounted Breaker).

Monitoring the completion of systems and recording the projects construction and commissioning progress.

On-load operations and training will be given to customer(TNEB-staff),Performing SCADA operation .Co-ordinating with SCADA team to explain our status points to connect.

Erection of breaker depend on load distribution and checking various trips(OL/EF/Highset/Auto-trip with relay).

Maintained contractors and labors for erection,also their bills as well as company bills.

Plan and control project schedule with appropriate resources, quality and risk to satisfy requirements. Responsible for technical validation of all electrical and mechanical systems installed on the Project.

Liaising and co-ordinating with clients and other members of the design team and contractors on technical and commercial issues.

5.Engineer Trainee : Jul 2014 to Nov 2014

Joined as a fresher and started training in production also in testing, to meet the difficulties in site work .

Being worked with production,learned about BOM,PO etc.Also about material procurement .

Worked with Testing team and learned about various testing like HV test, O/C test, Timing test, Endurance test (Mechanical/Electrical), Interlock test .

Also about Relay settings (OC/EL Relay),protection settings, Current injection & trip condition, PT, CT, Control panel wiring .
