Time management

I don’t have a resume due to me looking for my very first job.I’ve spent weeks almost months looking for a job and it seems like no one is willing to hire someone without experience nor willing to train them . Which is what usually is in the information before starting the application. Someone who hasn’t worked cant grow and learn unless they are being taught/trained within a job.
