The USAID-funded Community Support Program (CSP) in Lebanon was seeking a senior Information Technology student at the Uni- versity Scholarship Program (USP) to upgrade and update the web- site of CSP’s local actor, Al Qrayyeh Municipality.I was the only stu- dent that they chose for this task. I developed the website using Wordpress.

This is an application that aims to break the

boundaries between special people, and nor-

mal people. It is divided into two sections:

one for people who cannot hear, and the

other for people who cannot see. There is

a feature that can translate from American

Sign Language to English alphabet, and an-

other one that can translate from English

speech to English text. Moreover, there is

a feature that can translate from English to

braille, another one that can translate from

braille (English Characters) to English and it

can read written text.
