Work Experience

•McDermott Industry CBI. (January 2016 to April 2019) Commissioning All Electrical and instrumentation equipment. Ensure all level, pressure, temperature and flow transmitter are calibrated properly and also installed accordingly to P&ID print. Terminate open close valve actuator positioner, troubleshoot and calibrate instrument loops. Electrically connect motors and motors stop start station. Replace bad conduit and instrument tubbing. Work with isometric, PID and detailed drawing. Also use 475 hart field communicator to calibrate hart instrument, and 789 fluke multi meter.

•ClosetMade Industrial in Ocala Florida. They build closet grill shelf and also have a sipping department, they work with lot of robotic welding machine and conveyor system, to build and mail there material. I worked as an electrical specialist. Troubleshoot all electronic input and output sensor. Work installing new conveyor system, troubleshoot 480 volt motors, and troubleshoot variable frequency drive (VFD) Panels also troubleshoot 480/ 277volt light circuit. Run EMT conduit.

•Alcoa Alumina Plant Point comfort Texas. (January, 2012 to October,2015)

Electrical and Instrument Technician.

My job scope: work 12 hours shift, I took care of the entire plant.

Troubleshoot and repair 480 volt motor to keep production going.

Troubleshoot motor switch gear in the Mater Control Center room.

Repair or replace control valve.

Troubleshoot timers relay, limit switches, encoder motor senor, troubleshoot and repair plc input and output module. Work hand and hand with the control operator.

•Triangle Electrical Maintenance Company, HOVENSA OIL REFINERY in St Croix US VI. (1996 – 2009)

Electrical and instrument technician and maintenance journeyman for new small capital project, replace bad conduit for light circuit, pull and terminate fiber optic cable for new ph analyzer room. Install valve transmitter, run instrument tray and tubbing, megger high voltage cable, install high volta and also install high voltage cable. (High pot cable) used mechanical termination and heat stress kit to perform high voltage terminal connection. Work in shot down to service switch gear station, service vibration switches and stop start motors control center. Terminate input and output wires in the PLC panel.
