Proficient in GD & T and Tolerance stack-up.

Good knowledge on fatigue and Damage tolerances (F & DT).

Project description:

SA wing concession:

Designing and stress analysis of Wing structures when a non-conformance reported during the production/ assembly stages of aircraft structures.

Digital Design, Manufacturing & Services (DDMS):

Project is about replacing of steel nut with aluminum nut at the rib foot and skin joint location. Project focused on static analysis of bolt tension, prying effects at the rib foot region and castellation analysis using the ISAMI and Mathcad stress tools.

SA wing high lift: (Metallic and Composite)

The project is about the non-conformances on the control surfaces such as flaps, flap beam structures and flap tracks.

Key Accountabilities

Engineer for both Design and Stress teams of SA project.

Responsible for reviewing the stress non-conformance justifications.

Responsible for creation of BOM, estimating the tolerances.

Mitigating the critical repairs of aircraft structures.

Engage in NPD (New product development activities) when there are critical failures.

Communicating with difference teams and clients for design and stress queries.

Engage in solving the design and stress queries.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of deliverables, accounting the Design and stress activities through Airbus standards.

Providing the forecast for assembly lines of AIRBUS plant.
