Roles And Responsibilities with Blue star:

The following are the current roles and responsibilities, undergone during the previous project.

Incharge for installation, maintenance,repairs and commissioning of the entire HVAC system.

Preparing, construction plan, MIR (material inspection report), DPR, WPR, MPR(daily, weekly & monthly progress report)

Maintaining GIR, GOR,, Safety documents, Muster roll (form T), project construction schedule

Coordination with planning,design,draftsman and procurement team for timely availability of material and Revised drawings

Credentials of having attended project progress meeting and coordinating meeting with main contractor,consultant and client.

Perform field inspections of HVAC system installations verifying that work is in place according to drawings and specs and work meets or exceeds code requirements.

Preparing measurement summary for the PA’S

Hand held experience is n different type of control panels like: VCD (volume control damper) VFD (variable frequency drive), Fire damper, Thermostats, Belimo Actuators, DPT sensor(differential pressure transmitter).

Hand held experience in different type of Valves like: Butterfly valve, Balancing valve, 2-way modulating valve, 3-way modulating valve, Check valve, Strainers, Bellows, Ball valve,suction guide.

Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring, site labour force and the work of any sub contractors.

Have installed large size of Ahu which is having double blower and DIDW model with the capacity of 55000 cfm

Have installed Water cooled, aircooled chillers with cooling tower, primary, secondary and condenser pumps.

Execution of air and water balancing of HVAC services as per standards.

Have installed several numbers of CSU (ceiling suspended units), FCU (Fan coil unit), AHU (air handling units),cassette unit,Axial fan, Jets fans, plc panel, stater panel,TFA(threaded fresh air).

Have installed several numbers of VCD,MOD’s and MFD in low side system.

Have handled with sound attenuators in low side instead of acoustic insulation.

Total 63 no’s of shaft ducting,piping from basement to terrace in amazon it campus installed.

TEHCHNICAL CERTIFICATION

Certifited in Hvac design and drafting in Dhanush Engg Service of AP NSDC Afflitated Centre.

TECHNICAL PROJECT

Title : G+5 Residential Building

Project Description : Heat Load calculation by using E-20 sheet,Diffuser sizing and placing,Duct sizing by using duct software,SLD and DLD preparation,Pipe sizing,AHU and Chiller placing.

ACADEMIC PROJECT

Project Title :“Modeling and Analysis of wheel rim design of Volkswagen ” using Catia,Ansys softwares.
