This SIS acropole have three building the name of A,B,C& amenity .Each building have 3.7 lks+3.7 lks +13 floors three wings also +3laks sqft with 4 floors and I had Responsibility of handling the execution of the B &C blocks right from the year of 2016 to till now.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) & evaluating as per the planned schedules.

Intending Material requirements, man power requirements,

Planning, Executing & monitoring the activities as per the issued drawing, specifications.

Quality standard given schedule with safety & environmental aspects.

Explain the work as per the drawing to subordinates.

Training up and motivate the junior engineers and supervisors.

Co-ordination with the client.

Client Billing and Vendors Billing.

Vendor Development.

Planning and Budgeting.

Monitoring of the execution team.

Requirement of all bought out items.

Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.
