PROJECT ENGINEER (CIVIL)

Worked on construction of high-rise building project from foundation to finishing at ‘The Prestige’, Sunderpada, Bhubaneswar.

Collaborated with 7 team members for the execution, billing, estimation, material procurement of G + 12 Multipurpose buildings (10 nos of blocks) worth INR 70+ cr.

Worked in construction of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) of a film city at Basuaghai, Bhubaneswar. The EPC contract value is worth 21 crores including taxes. This project is spread across an area of 7990 sqm, which includes 8290 sqm of concrete flooring, 520 MT of PEB, 13190 sqm of roofing and cladding.

Interacted with clients, design consultants, architects, third parties, vendors, contractors, labors regarding site concerns.

Controlled the flow of various technical documents such as drawings, BBS checklist etc.

Resolved client queries and project concerns in weekly progress.

Checked & verified BBS on a cyclical basis during the execution of structure. MODUS CREATIVE & PROJECTS PVT. LTD. JUNE 2016 TO MAY 2018 CIVIL ENGINEER

Worked on construction of School Building project & construction of heritage gate at Sisupalgarh, Bhubaneswar.

Supervising construction progress as per architectural and structural drawings.

Involved in preparation of working drawings, bar bending schedule, doing site layouts, material testing etc.
