Personal statement

I am an extremely positive, ambitious and driven individual. A quick learner, who is confident, has excellent communication skills and able to use my initiative. I can work well and confidently in a team whilst having leadership qualities to encourage a team to meet goals. At Tesco, it enabled me to extend my interpersonal skills. I was confident and organised with a professional attitude whilst maintaining a good public service. I can work under pressure in order to achieve company demands. In my academic studies requires the ability to use a computer effectively.

I ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers at all times. I communicate well with all my colleagues to ensure that customers receive prompt service whilst responding politely to all. I achieve sale targets and often exceed them using good selling techniques. Also I am self service trained and train new staff and supervise them at all times.

My responsibilities are working on the till, offering support for the customer services, sales and HR. Training new staff and working on the self-service till. Also helping customers with enquiries ensuring best customer service, we all different targets to meet, we all shared responsibilities to deliver this.

I was typing information on the computer to meet different targets to deliver goals. I work under pressure to achieve company demands. I develop my IT skills, here I was able to work comfortably within a team and learnt how to interact with people of different age and authority.

Interests

I am interested in reading various types of books. . I enjoy walking and listening to music. I like spending time with my family and enjoying cooking.
