EXPIRENCE

Assistant and Scheduler

This is an acting school and talent agency which is rooted in accepting students who are interested stepping into the acting industry. My position required to meet with new clients, introduce them to the program, and get them ready prior to their auditions. I would schedule clients over the phone, email, or in person; as well as call to confirm their times or to reschedule. I would order supplies, run errands, and make copies of all needed documents that was necessary for the clients. I would also manage the online scheduling program, fill out sales reports, audition data entry, as well as oversee the enrollment process. This job came very natural with me as I do well working with others while also diligently working on solo projects and administrative work.

SERVER

(Jul 2017 - Nov 2020)

This was a food serving, food running, and customer service type position. I was with this company for several years and worked at two different locations in California. This job required customer service centered as well as the importance of multitasking. There was back of house tasks that were performed simultaneously while also interacting with tables, taking orders, putting them into the POS system, and bringing the order out for customers after their orders were prepared. I worked with reading the POS system and its codes, taking payments from clients, and maintaining a constant clean and food friendly environment for the servers and the customers.
