I decided to pick up substituting as a challenge for myself, dealing with students on a frequent basis and ensuring that they carry out the instructions that the teacher left for the day. This was not something that has direct relation to my field of study, but it has taught me lessons in managing groups of people and acting as a leader, along with following instructions that my superiors have left for me.
