Troubleshooting, operation and maintenance of substation and transmission lines.
Maintaining the safety rules and regulations.
Generate monthly safety reports.
Ensure and analyses hazards and risk assessment and making CAPA.
Execution of machine external electrical maintenance and breakdown. like (H.V &
L.V power supply,950 KVA and above transformers, C.T.P.T etc)
Quality control at site level.
Maintaining the documentation as per ISO & QA standard.
Customer’s interaction and administration at site level.
Optical data communication and SCADA system and its troubleshooting.
To train the new employees, trainees and site employees.
Data analysis at site level and its accuracy maintain.
Check and maintain the wind generation record on daily & monthly basis.
Vendors selection and control.
Overall handling and responsible for site.(Man power, WEC, vehicles, customers requirements, Generation billing, DGR,all documentations, ROW Issues, SHE, Store, SAP Entry)
TECHINICAL SKILL :
Operation and Maintenance as per Service skill.
Substation and transmission lines maintenance and its troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting of AC/DC drives.
Traceability of all type of technical wiring diagrams.
Knowledge about printed circuit boards.
Advanced semiconductor power device testing, installation and maintenance.
Knowledge about types of converters, rectifiers and chopper systems.
SAP Basic knowledge.
Optical scada operation and its troubleshooting.
Usage of all meters like Multimeter, Megger, BDV test kit, Digital spirit level meter, Compass, Clamp-on meter, ELCB/RCCD tester, Sound level meter, CBCT tester etc…
