Responsible for assisting the crew leader in running an efficient and well-organized operation. Search, Interview and recommend field enumerators for recruitment. Ensure that all field work is completed according to procedures, in a cost-effective manner. Supervise the smooth field operations of Statistics Canada census enumerators. All sixteen enumerators within my district: Prince Rupert, Port Edward and occasionally, Terrace. Analyse and recommend daily payment for enumerators, conduct online trainings for all enumerators in Prince Rupert and Port Edward. Distribute their working materials. Take part in collective and private dwelling enumeration of residents within my district. Ensure all targets are met within budget and schedule. Carryout quality check on work done by enumerators. Major Achievement:
Currently enumerated over five hundred residents in about fifty collective and private dwellings, in two weeks with the help of my team members.
