Technical Responsibilities:

Supervision Finishing Fit Out Activity Flooring, Fall Ceiling, Wall Cladding, Wallpaper finishing.

Ensuring that all inspection requests are submitted as required and liaise with Client staff regarding such inspections.

Responsible for implementing Project Quality plan, QA/QC procedure at site.

Carryout all tests and inspections in the project for Civil works Concreting.

Assist Project Personnel in technical review and finalization of method statements.

Coordinate with third party labs and external agencies for any material testing.

Maintaining record of site recourse Daily progress of Works.

Supervision of interior Finishing Fit Out Works in Different projects.

Carrying out inspection for setting out, ground preparation, embankment fillings.

Checking of Materials Deliveries for compliance and suitability against the approved materials submittals.

Carrying out works as per Safety aspects.

Supervision of Block works, Plastering, Beams & Column.

Supervision of Marble, Tiles & Granite installation wet & dry area.

Supervision of Landscape and Hardscape activity.

Monitor performance of contractors and suppliers.

implement and ensure maintenance of quality management systems for projects.

Carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.

Guide / Instruct Supervisor to prepare required fields and reports pertaining to projects.

Checking the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.

Coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work.

Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly Preparation of Reports and doing the follow up. Computer Skill: MS Office(Word,Excel,Power Point) AutoCAD Language: English,Urdu,Hindi,Arabic
