Began when the facility opened by hiring staff and setting up the HR office. Maintained personnel files for 160 employees in 108 bed facility, responsible for bi-weekly payroll, and assisted all department managers with disciplinary issues and staffing concerns.

Managed a 20 bed Assisted Living Unit designed for dementia residents. Responsible for hiring and training staff, marketing, admissions, family relations, and coordinating patient care.

Responsible for maintaining resident files, explain financial responsibilities to families and assist them with Medicaid application process. Produced private pay invoices monthly, billed Medicaid, Hospice companies and PACE.

This new facility opened in Jan. 2019, and was responsible for hiring staff, managing employee files, did payroll and private billing for the residents, made all deposits. Responsible for all ordering for office supplies and the nursing department and then all 4 corporate facilities during the pandemic.
