● Contributing in NPI and New Test Setup installation.

● Create Test Fixture and Test Setup arrangements with Help of Chinese Employees.

● Use CMW500, SPECTRUM ANALYSIS to check RF signaling frequency, voltage, current in No power on.

● Installation and Troubleshoots testers and test equipment as needed, Changes test fixtures and program changeovers as required by the work cell.

● To find out root cause for failures, Minimizing MFR (Manufacturing Failure Rate),FFR

(Field Failure Rate).

● Read schematics to assist in debugging and fixing surface mount PCBs.

● Repairing of Mother Boards, I/O cards, and other PCBA SMT component level by using various diagnostics tools like multi meter, DSO and spectrum analyzers.

● Addressing component failures to IQC, OQC from Team member.

● Hands on experience in RF calibration & power level tuning.

● To ensure 5S is maintained properly, to train operators about process flow having the preclusions about ESD.

● Replacing of BGA, LGA, SMD components using of soldering station SOLDRAN 878D and Hot air guns handling Stencil 2320E, 2020E.

● Well exposure in Issue fixing, work around, and immediate supports in production environment.
